Three core areas
AI & Business Transformation
Use AI where it can improve a concrete business task.
Select suitable use cases, examine their value and prerequisites, and integrate AI into workflows that can be reviewed step by step.
Who this core area is for
For management teams and functional leaders who want to test AI with a clear purpose or turn existing applications into dependable working practices. Together we clarify the task, the information it requires and who is responsible for reviewing and using the results.
Which questions are you working on?
- Which recurring tasks are suitable for AI, and where does human judgement remain essential?
- Are data, processes and responsibilities sufficiently prepared for a useful application?
- How can you test a use case within a limited scope before committing more resources?
What we work on together
Readiness and use cases
I work with you to assess workflows, information sources and technical prerequisites. Potential use cases are evaluated against expected value, feasibility and risks. A transparent business case documents effort, running costs, assumptions and suitable measures for comparison with the current process.
Automation with human oversight
We design the handovers between people, AI and existing tools. This covers inputs, review steps, approvals, responsibilities and responses to incorrect or incomplete results. Where a task can be standardised, a clearly bounded workflow describes what is needed for technical implementation.
Pilot and implementation
A pilot tests the selected use case against agreed examples and acceptance criteria. Results and errors are documented and compared with the starting situation. We use these findings to identify necessary changes and assess whether further implementation appears commercially and operationally justified.
What you receive as a basis for your work
- A prioritised set of use cases with value assumptions, prerequisites and risks.
- A pilot plan with a defined task, review criteria, responsibilities and documented findings.
- An implementation plan covering human approvals, necessary adjustments and criteria for continued use.
Scope and boundaries
AI outputs require human review appropriate to the use case. Data protection, access rights and provider requirements are considered within the agreed scope; necessary specialist or legal approvals remain with the responsible parties. General provider approval or error-free output is not promised.
